Thank you for your interest in visiting OSU's College of Forestry! Please complete this form if you are coming to the College of Forestry as an international scholar or student intern.  You must have agreed upon the terms of your stay in the College of Forestry with your faculty sponsor prior to completing this form.  Please view this site if you need assistance in identifying a sponsor.

You will also be required to provide evidence that you have sufficient funding to support your stay in the United States. This financial suport may be provided by OSU College of Forestry through a salary or stipend, by an institution or agency in your home country, or from your personal funds. Visit this site for information on required funding levels and documentation.

Sponsoring Department

If you do not know the department of your sponsor, please find them in the College of Forestry directory:
What institution (college, university, government agency or other employer) are you affiliated with in your home country?
Of which country are you a legal citizen?
In which country do you currently reside?
Please list your title or role within your home organization. If you are a student, please specify academic level.
Are you currently an enrolled student at your home university?
Are you working with a College of Forestry affiliated organization?
Some visitors have an affiliated organization sponsor, who will work through the related College of Forestry department.
Will any family members or dependents accompany you?
Have you worked or studied at OSU before?
Do you have a US Social Security Number (we do not require the number at this time)
