First-time Passport Funding Application

The College of Forestry is committed to expanding international learning opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students and seeks to remove barriers. Please complete this application to be considered for funding to cover the cost of your first passport.

Please note: We are not able to cover the additional fee for expedited service. Passport payments must be made by the student to be eligible for reimbursement.

Please include your current mailing address. Note: The reimbursement check will be delivered to this address unless you have direct deposit set up for your student account. You can set up direct deposit at any time following these instructions.
Please tell us the name and a short description of the international program you will be participating in. How will this experience contribute to your academic/career goals and how does it contribute to your global understanding of your field of study?
Please attach your passport receipt. You will need this for reimbursement purposes. If you have issues attaching it here, you may email it to cof.international@oregonstate.edu.
